Exposition- Shows and tells and names the characters in the story.
Rising Action- The author tells a problem that the characters have and has to attempt to solve.
Climax- Marks a change for the better or worse in the character or characters problem.
Falling Action- The conflict with the character is either solved or worse.
Resolution- Resolving a course of action that happened in the story.
